Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna is currently seeking an HIM candidate for a full time posiiton.
Candidates must have 3 years HIM experience in an acute care setting to be considered. Experience with electronic health records and analyzing experience is strongly preferred.
Ideal candidates will posess superior communication and professional skills. Must be comfortable interacting with physicians and must be able to provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. Position requires a candidate work in an autonomous setting, candidates must be self-motivated and must be focused on attention to detail.

Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna is an 88-bed, not for profit facility operated by Adventist Health System (AHS) as a joint venture with Emory Healthcare. The hospital was founded in the early 1970's when a group of physicians recognized a need for a hospital in Smyrna. On June 3, 1974 the hospital (then known as Smyrna Hospital) admitted its first patient.
