The ER Department Financial Counselor is a temporary position that can work in to a permanent position for the right person. We must have an experienced Financial Counselor accustomed to working in a hospital setting. Excellent customer service skills and attitude are required. The Counselor must balance compassion with financial recovery for our patients.
