Full Time Nursing Home Liaison, RN Required
Emory Adventist Hospital at Smyrna is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide liaison services to nursing services within the communities surrounding the Smyrna area. Position requires a current Georgia License, ASN required, BSN preferred. Advance education, teaching experience and management experience is a plus. Ideal candidate will also have experience in marketing. Candidate must be able to work in an independent environment and must posess outstanding organization and communication skills.
Day to day responsibilities will include establishing relationships with area nursing homes, ensuring proper communication between the hospital, physicians and nursing homes to provide smooth transitions for patients and establishing referral patterns to provide better care for patients.
Compensation will be based upon experience and full benefits are included in this full time, salaried position.
