Marketing/Physician Liaison
Emory-Adventist Hospital at Smyrna is seeking an above average candidate to fill a Marketing/Physician Liaison role. Interested candidates must have Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or have equivalent work experience. Candidates must also have three years experience in a marketing role, preferably in healthcare.
Ideal experience background will include sales and account management. Candidates must have superior writing, production and creative skills and must be proficient with Adobe InDesign.
Candidates must be flexible, likeable and able to get along well with a diverse group of people. Must be friendly and enjoy meeting new people. Position requires a strong work ethic and candidates must be dependable and exhibit a team-player attitude. Excellent communication skills are must.
Responsibilities of position will include assisting with creative functions of marketing department and will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital's medical staff. Candidates will spend 25% of time out of the office working on projects and meeting with medical staff.
Position requires full-time M-F scheduling. Position will also require weekend and evening hours for events and scheduled meetings.
Compensation will be based on experience and will be competitive in the Atlanta market.
